#GivingTuesday is a global movement that unleashes the power of radical generosity around the world. The movement started in November 2012 and has seen unprecedented growth in the past decade. In 2022, more than $3.1 billion was given to charitable causes in the United States alone, a figure that was a 15 percent increase from 2021.

A gift made today to the PBS Impact Foundation will support our philanthropic efforts that benefit Black men and boys, many of whom have high socioeconomic and educational needs.

• Educational, professional, and social development for young men of color
• Providing vaccinations for those who have little or no access to adequate health care
• Sponsoring meals for families living in food deserts
• Rewarding academic success through scholarships
• Assisting with resources due to natural disasters such as hurricanes, earthquakes and floods
